Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 7–10 business days after processing. International orders generally take 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors like weather or local delivery schedules. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, if you notice an error in your address immediately after placing the order, please contact us at info@belisia.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you before it’s shipped.
Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Simply click on the link provided in the email to track your order’s progress. We’ll also keep you updated with delivery notifications via email or SMS, so you’ll know exactly when your order is out for delivery and when it arrives.
We want you to love your Belisia products! Please review our return policy below:
- Non-Refundable Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or damaged products.
- Unopened & Unused Products: If your unopened product is damaged or defective, we offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damaged item.
- Wrong Product Received: If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
How to Return a Product
1. Contact Us: Email us at info@belisia.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos.
2. Return Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
Refund process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Shipping fees
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Note: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
